Crawford Contractor Connection recently hosted its annual Top Performer Event to celebrate the outstanding contribution to our business made by our network partners and to acknowledged those who represent the ‘best of the best’.
Last year, we recognised those who rose to the unprecedented challenge of the global pandemic. This year was no less testing, with a ‘long hot summer’ that gave us an equally unprecedented spike in subsidence claims, followed by a harsh winter and a surge in frozen pipe claims.
So again this year, the prevailing market conditions made it difficult to choose our top performers as all our network partners delivered outstanding service for our customers. Based on overall excellence measured through customer service scores, co-operation, and professionalism in keeping open channels of communication we were able to select our winners and finalists:
Winners
- Intech Property 鶹 Ltd
- Hawthorn Estates (NW) Ltd
- Clover Maintenance Ltd
- MWA Arboriculture Ltd
- E.J. Taylor & Sons Ltd
Finalists
- Messenger Construction Ltd
- Dunham Building & Civil Engineering Ltd
- Optera Ltd
- Barton Whitstable Company Ltd
- Restor8 Ltd
At an invitation-only event, our award winners were celebrated and, along with the worthy finalists, learned about developments in Contractor Connection. The event was designed to share insight, to further enhance our collaborative culture and to celebrate customer excellence.
It was a truly inspirational day, with discussions on our purpose, our customer-centric approach, updates on material impacts in the market including future plans around subsidence, sustainability and the Contractor Connection Foundation. There were also combined client and contractor breakout sessions looking at best practice and continuous improvement.
The day concluded with an award ceremony and drinks reception.
Lee Sadowski, managing director, Contractor Connection, UK & Ireland said
“Thank you again to all our network partners for their commitment and dedication during what has transpired to be quite a few challenging years. With experts like these at our side, we can continue to leverage great relationships and innovation to keep ahead of claims challenges and to ensure that we always restore lives, businesses, and communities.”
